What we collect and what we don't.

What we collect

• Email (if you create an account)
• Anonymous session ID (cookie: vybe_uid) for per-user state
• Drop interactions: views, dwell time, boosts, tips
• Stripe customer ID (if you purchase credits)
• For verified creators: KYC documents via Stripe Identity (Stripe holds these; we receive only a verification status)

What we don't collect

• Government IDs (Stripe handles KYC, we store only a verified-status flag)
• Bank account details (Stripe Connect handles)
• Biometric data
• Location data beyond IP-derived country (for compliance routing)
• Browsing history outside VYBE

Data retention

Account data retained while account is active. Audit logs retained 30 days then archived to R2 with object-lock for 1 year. Deletion request: email cpcomm10@gmail.com.
