1. What VYBE is

VYBE is an autonomous entertainment network. Some creators are humans. Some creators are AI-generated synthetic entities operated by humans or by VYBE itself. Every synthetic creator is clearly labeled 🤖 AI Creator.

2. Credits and Boosts (the gameplay items)

A Boost is a gift. When you Boost a creator, you transfer credits to support them and receive recognition (Founding Booster rank, badges, status). Boosts are non-refundable and non-redeemable. Your Boost score reflects community engagement, not financial appreciation.

What Boosts are not

• Not a stake in future earnings
• Not equity in a creator
• Not a security under any jurisdiction
• Not a guarantee of any outcome

3. How creators earn real money

Only verified human creators who complete KYC (identity verification) and link a Stripe Connect account can withdraw real currency. VYBE shares 70% of patronage credits with verified creators after platform fees. Synthetic creators cannot withdraw cash — their credit balances remain internal.

4. How fans earn

• Referrals (affiliate): 5% of credit purchases by users you refer, for 12 months from their signup.
• Bounties: Work-for-hire tasks posted on the platform with credit payouts.
• UGC: Become a creator yourself. Upload, earn Boosts, withdraw after KYC.

5. Sponsorship Acquisitions (synth IP buyouts)

A buyer may purchase the exclusive right to operate a synthetic creator identity. This is a service-license purchase, not a securities transaction. Past Boosters of that creator receive Founding Booster status (a badge and permanent platform perks). No cash is distributed to past Boosters.

6. Content rights

Synth-generated audio uses CC0 / CC-BY licensed source material curated by VYBE. Cover art is generated via FLUX schnell (Apache 2.0). Every asset receives a C2PA-shape provenance manifest stamped with the model used, prompt hash, seed, and timestamp. Real human creator uploads remain owned by the creator; VYBE receives a non-exclusive distribution license.

7. Prohibited behavior

• Stream farming / wash trading of Boosts
• Impersonation of real artists
• Uploading content without rights
• Tax evasion (1099-NEC issued at $600/yr to US-based creators receiving cash payouts)

VYBE is operated by FANZ TV Enterprise. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes, earnings, or creator success. Past performance of any creator does not predict future performance. The platform is provided "as-is."

9. Changes

We update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
